I've been to Brunel Tyres quite a few times over the last few months for a persistent tyre issue. I've only ever had good experiences with the staff. (I can't remember everyone's names unfortunately, but today I was seen by Sam who was lovely!). They have all been very knowledgable, welcoming, and happy to help with the issue. I've driven past before where I've popped in for a quick chat about the issue, and been seen to on the day, given advice free of charge, and seen within less than half an hour I'd say. This is compared to the unfeeling welcome and service I've had at the car's dealership and the cost difference, (all while not fixing the issue). So I would not only recommend Brunel Tyres, but will also be a repeat customer because I know they can fix issues that arise and charge a far more reasonable price than the dealership

Great place, friendly proprietor. Honest service. Updating my review 4 years later...... Just received brilliant service from Steve Charlie and the lads at Brunel Tyres who have overseen my extremely complicated MOT repairs on the Audi A4 suspension. Without their willingness to work with me to get through the process of ordering some hard to get parts and their understanding of what needed doing, it could have been so much more stressful. The fact that they did the complex work and MOT'd it for me and for a very reasonable price is fantastic service. Just want to say Thank You Very Much indeed and keep recommending this local garage. I know it's hit and miss out there, but Brunel Turned is a definite hit for tyres and MOTs. Thanks.
